After the formal quote is accepted, the deposit is confirmed and the project is activated, ARK moves the confirmed scope into production, delivery planning and installation. Key checks and updates are recorded in myARK as the work progresses.
From Approved Project to Workshop Production
Before production begins, ARK checks the accepted scope, selected cabinet materials, door and panel details, cabinet dimensions, hardware requirements, benchtop notes, delivery requirements and installation notes connected to the project record.
Production timing depends on the confirmed scope, material availability, workshop schedule, site readiness and any project-specific requirements recorded before production begins.

ARK records the key production steps that connect the accepted scope, selected materials, workshop preparation and delivery readiness to the same project record.
Site Readiness, Delivery and Installation
Before delivery or installation, site readiness may need to be confirmed. This can include access, delivery space, protection needs, removal status, trade readiness, benchtop timing, appliances, client-supplied items and other project-specific conditions.
If site conditions, other trades or supplied items change before installation, please let ARK know as early as possible so the project record and installation planning can be updated where required.
Kitchen Only and Kitchen Renovation Scopes
Before delivery or installation, site readiness may need to be confirmed. This can include access, delivery space, protection needs, removal status, trade readiness, benchtop timing, appliances, client-supplied items and other project-specific conditions.
Only items confirmed in the accepted scope are included.
How This Stage Is Recorded in myARK
Once a project is activated, myARK gives the client a private place to follow selected production and installation updates connected to the same project record.
This may include key progress updates, timing notes, accepted project documents, installation records and follow-up items released for the selected project.
myARK is not a live camera, daily factory feed or minute-by-minute monitoring system.
