After signing in, select the relevant category and ARKCode. The home screen shows an overview of the selected record, including its current status, scope summary, recent information and the tools currently available.

Does every record include My Schedule and My Progress?

No. My Schedule and My Progress appear when they are relevant to an active record. The tools shown depend on the record type, current stage and information available.

What happens to Schedule and Progress after a project is complete?

When active work is complete, Schedule and Progress may no longer appear as active tools. Important approved information can remain available through My Documents and other long-term records connected to the ARKCode.

What remains available after completion?

Released documents, handover information, warranty records, care guidance and relevant support history can remain connected to the record over time.

Does myARK replace communication with the ARK team?

No. The ARK team will still communicate important updates, decisions and support matters directly when required. myARK provides one clear place to access selected information and records connected to the relevant ARKCode.

What is an ARKCode?

An ARKCode is a unique identifier used to connect an ARK record with its relevant information, documents, evidence, warranty and support history.

ARKCode is currently being applied to formal ARK Kitchen and ARK Renovation project records. For these projects, it is created after the formal quote is accepted, the required deposit is confirmed and the project record is activated.

Over time, ARKCode is designed to support additional types of ARK records across the wider ARK ecosystem.

An ARKCode identifies and connects a record. It does not by itself confirm that payment is complete, warranty coverage is active or every related document has been released.
