What Is an ARKCode?
ARKCode is the unique identity code used by ARK Project to identify a product batch, project, order, service record or other approved ARK record. It works like an ID number for a specific record, so the right information can be found, checked and connected over time.
What can be seen through an ARKCode depends on the record type and permission level. Some records are public by nature, such as approved retail product or batch records. Other records, such as kitchen or renovation projects, may only show selected public information, while private documents and owner-only records remain inside myARK.

What an ARKCode Identifies
An ARKCode identifies one specific ARK record. That record may be a product batch, retail product, kitchen project, renovation project, order, service record or another approved ARK record type.
What people can see depends on the record type and permission level. Product or batch records may show approved public information, while kitchen and renovation records may only show selected public project information. Private owner records remain inside myARK.
Product or Batch Record
A product or batch record may show approved source, material, ingredient, production, testing, care or supporting information where available.
Project or Service Record
A kitchen or renovation ARKCode identifies the relevant Project Record. Public pages only show information approved for release, while private warranty and Handover records may be available through myARK Documents and future care, warranty and service support continues through myARK Support.
Other Approved ARK Records
Other ARK records may use ARKCode when a stable identity and searchable reference are needed over time.
When ARKCode Is Created
An ARKCode is not created for every enquiry, estimate or draft request. It is assigned when a record becomes an activated ARK project, product, batch, order or service record.
For ARK Kitchen and ARK Renovation projects, this usually happens after the formal quote and contract pack are accepted, the required deposit is confirmed, and the project is activated.
For future ARK product or batch records, an ARKCode may be created when the product or batch record is published. Depending on the record type and permission level, it may help people find approved source, material, ingredient, batch, production, testing, care or supporting information.
