Handover information
Handover is more than the final day of installation. It is also when key project information is reviewed, released and organised for future reference.
Depending on the project, this may include final inspection records, approved drawings and material records, care guidance, warranty information, sign-off documents and relevant support details.

ARKCode, warranty and aftercare
Your ARKCode begins when your project is activated after deposit confirmation.
During the project, it helps connect your kitchen to progress updates, project documents, production notes and key records inside the ARK system.
After handover, the same ARKCode continues to support warranty and aftercare. It helps ARK identify your project, review the relevant details, connect service requests to the original project record, and keep future maintenance history in one place.
