Handover & Aftercare

Before the project is handed over, ARK completes the final review, confirms the relevant completion information and prepares the applicable Handover records. Released warranty, care and future support information can then remain connected to the same Project Record through myARK and the relevant ARKCode.

Final inspection before handover

Before Handover, ARK Kitchen inspects the completed kitchen against the confirmed project scope. The review covers the main visible, functional and completion items before the project moves into Handover records and aftercare.

Handover Records in myARK Documents

Handover is the stage when relevant completion information is reviewed, organised and connected to the Project Record for future reference — not simply the final day of installation.

Depending on the project, released final inspection records, approved drawings, material information, Handover documents, care guidance, warranty schedules and sign-off records may be available to authorised users through myARK Documents, connected to the relevant ARKCode.

ARKCode, Warranty Records & myARK Support

Your ARKCode identifies the Project Record created when the accepted project is activated.

During delivery, it connects relevant project information, documents, materials and records. After Handover, the same ARKCode continues to connect released warranty and care records in myARK Documents with future care, maintenance, warranty concerns and support handled through myARK Support.

Warranty coverage is determined by the applicable Contract and Warranty Documents. myARK keeps the relevant records and support pathway easier to find and follow; it does not create or replace the applicable warranty terms.
