From one support screen, you can open the formal Service Request form, review Warranty & Coverage information, find Care & Maintenance guidance, browse frequently asked questions and see the status of recent requests connected to the selected ARKCode.

When an approved request requires a visit, the scheduled activity is managed through My Schedule.

Confirmed visits move to My Schedule

When an approved request requires an on-site visit, the confirmed activity is added to My Schedule.
