ARK Kitchen Warranty & Support
ARK Kitchen provides clear warranty coverage for eligible cabinetry, ARK installation, functional hardware, cabinet lighting and benchtop work within the accepted project scope.
Standard coverage includes 10 years for cabinetry and installation, 5 years for functional hardware, 3 years for cabinet lighting and electronics, and up to 10 years for eligible benchtop work.
Coverage depends on the affected component, cause, use, maintenance and applicable warranty document. We publish the responsibilities, exclusions and assessment process rather than relying on a single headline number.

ARK Kitchen Warranty Documents
A kitchen is made up of different materials, moving parts, electrical components and installation work. These parts do not fail for the same reasons, so they should not all be covered under one vague warranty statement.
ARK separates the coverage by component and responsibility, so you can see what the warranty applies to and which document explains the details.
-
10-Year Cabinetry & Installation
Coverage applies to eligible cabinet carcasses, doors, panels, edging, drawer boxes and cabinetry installation completed by ARK.
It is intended for genuine material, manufacturing or installation defects within the accepted ARK project scope.
-
10-Year Benchtop Coverage
Coverage may apply to eligible benchtop material, templating, fabrication and installation included within the accepted ARK project scope.
The applicable responsibility depends on whether the issue relates to the material, measurements, fabrication, installation, use, maintenance or site conditions.
-
5-Year Functional Hardware
Coverage applies to eligible hinges, drawer systems, lift-up mechanisms and other functional cabinet hardware supplied by ARK.
Some hardware issues may require adjustment rather than replacement. Where a manufacturer warranty applies, ARK will help identify the correct support route.
-
3-Year Cabinet Lighting & Electronics
Coverage applies to eligible LED lighting and electronic cabinet components supplied and installed by ARK.
The cause still needs to be identified, as an issue may relate to the component, installation, power supply, use or work completed by another trade.

Warranty Support Through myARK
You do not need to determine in advance whether a concern is covered by warranty, requires care or maintenance, or needs another support route.
Start through myARK Support using the ARKCode connected to the relevant Project Record. You can review warranty and care information, submit the issue details and supporting information, and check the status of recent requests.
The outcome may include care guidance, adjustment, repair, replacement, supplier review, a confirmed site visit, referral to another trade or paid service. Confirmed visits may appear in My Schedule, while released assessment and service records remain available through myARK Documents.

What Is Not Automatically Covered by an ARK Kitchen Warranty?
Not every issue that appears after installation is caused by a material, product or workmanship defect.
The following situations are not automatically treated as ARK warranty claims:
-
normal wear and ageing;
-
impact, misuse or accidental damage;
-
excessive moisture, heat or chemical exposure;
-
unsuitable cleaning products;
-
lack of reasonable care or maintenance;
-
alterations completed after installation;
-
client-supplied products;
-
plumbing, electrical or other-trade work;
-
movement in the floor, wall or building;
-
work outside the accepted ARK project scope; and
-
appearance that remains within the applicable workmanship tolerance.

This does not mean ARK will refuse to help. We first review the cause, the affected component and who was responsible for the relevant work, then explain whether the next step is warranty support, maintenance, another trade, supplier follow-up or paid service.

Warranty Records, myARK Documents & Transfer
Each activated ARK project is connected to a Project Record identified by its ARKCode.
Project-specific warranty schedules, approved material information, Handover records, care guidance and released assessment or service records may be organised and made available to authorised users through myARK Documents.
These digital records help confirm what was approved, supplied, installed, handed over and subsequently reviewed. They support future care, maintenance, repairs, replacement enquiries and warranty assessment, but do not replace the applicable Contract or Warranty Documents that determine coverage.
If ownership changes, the same ARKCode continues to identify the Project Record. An approved Warranty Transfer may update the authorised holder and provide access to applicable released records without transferring the previous holder’s private messages, payment information or internal ARK records.
