Considered design. Grounded pricing.

Design

ARK Kitchen starts with the people who'll use the space — how you live, cook and move through it. We shape the layout, storage and materials around that, but we also bring a point of view: we don't just build to a brief, we help shape it.

Pricing

Each kitchen is priced for the actual project — not from a fixed number or package. The final price reflects the size of the kitchen, the cabinetry involved, materials, hardware and the scope of work.

1. What Shapes the Price

What changes the price of a kitchen?

The biggest differences usually come from four areas:

Size & cabinetry

Kitchen size, layout, cabinet quantity, tall units, islands and drawers all affect the amount of cabinetry required.

Hardware & storage

Drawers, pull-outs and other functional hardware can be selected according to how much storage function you actually need.

Materials & finishes

Cabinet finishes, benchtops and other surface selections can move the project in different price directions.

Existing kitchen removal

Project scope

Installation, delivery, removal and other work included in the project affect the total project price.

2. Real Project Prices

What have completed ARK kitchens actually cost?

The clearest way to understand kitchen pricing is to look at completed work. ARK publishes selected Auckland projects with the actual project price including GST for the recorded ARK scope shown, together with the kitchen layout, materials and work included. This lets you compare kitchens of different sizes and specifications using real completed projects rather than an advertised starting figure.
