ARK Kitchen covers the confirmed kitchen, cabinetry and included components. ARK Renovation coordinates the selected site and trade work included around that kitchen project. Where both are included, they remain connected under the same project scope and Project Record.

Site Work That May Be Included

  • Site protection

  • Demolition and removal

  • Plumbing coordination

  • Electrical coordination

  • Flooring

  • Splashback tiling

  • Painting

  • Wall and ceiling repairs

  • Making good around the installation

  • Other directly related site work expressly listed in the formal quote

Depending on the confirmed kitchen project, the Formal Quote may include:

Final inclusions, exclusions, allowances, client-supplied items, coordinated trades and separately contracted work are confirmed in the accepted quotation and project documents before work begins.

A Defined Kitchen-Led Scope

ARK Renovation is for site and trade work connected to an ARK Kitchen project. The Formal Quote defines which renovation work is included, what ARK is coordinating and what remains outside the confirmed project scope.

Work outside the accepted scope is not included unless it is separately reviewed, quoted and formally approved.
