ARKCODE OWNERSHIP & WARRANTY STATUS
Warranty Transfer
ARK will review the Project Record, applicable warranty terms and available records before confirming the transfer outcome and any authorised myARK access for the new owner.
An approved transfer keeps the same ARKCode and Project Record. It does not restart or extend the original warranty period, and it does not give the new owner access to the previous owner’s private messages, payment information or internal ARK records.

How the ARKCode stays connected to the property
After a completed ARK Kitchen or ARK Renovation project, an ARKCode plate is placed in an agreed location, usually inside the sink cabinet. It remains with the installed project so the relevant record can still be identified after ownership changes.
An ARKCode identifies the project record. It does not by itself confirm that warranty coverage is active, the final balance has been paid or all records are available for transfer.
Warranty status and transfer conditions
An ARKCode identifies the completed project record, but warranty status depends on the project close-out, payment position and any later ownership review.
A transfer does not restart the original warranty period or remove existing exclusions, limitations or unresolved payment conditions.
How a warranty transfer works
A new owner can request review using the ARKCode, even if the previous owner did not arrange the transfer.
Private messages, payment records and internal notes from the previous owner are not transferred.
