Step 01.
Start with what you already have
Begin with your kitchen ideas, photos, measurements, plans, drawings or specifications — whatever you already have.
Step 02.
ARK reviews and clarifies the project
ARK reviews the information, identifies what is still needed and confirms any site visit, measurement or further project details required before formal pricing.
Step 03.
Confirm the scope and Formal Quote
Once there is enough information, ARK reviews the design, materials and relevant site requirements and prepares the Formal Quote. This is where you can see what is included, excluded or separately coordinated before you commit.
Step 04.
Activate your project
Once the Formal Quote is accepted and the deposit is confirmed, the project becomes active.
Scope, schedule and project records are then connected through myARK.
Step 05.
Production and installation
ARK prepares the cabinetry, coordinates materials and timing, then moves through delivery and installation.
Progress and key updates are recorded through myARK.
Step 06.
Final checks, handover and aftercare
ARK completes the relevant final checks before Handover. Released documents, care information, warranty records and future support information remain connected to the project where applicable.
