ARK Project Limited is the Auckland company behind ARK Kitchen and ARK Renovation. We build the standards, systems and records that support clearer decisions and steadier work — not because we've mastered them, but because we're still learning what it means to be trusted with someone else's home. Our own understanding of stewardship and honesty comes from faith, and it's a standard we try to hold ourselves to, quietly, one project at a time.

Through ARK Kitchen and the wider ARK structure, we aim to keep project scope, important decisions, records, handover information and long-term support clearer and easier to follow.
How ARK Project Developed
ARK Project Limited grew from practical work rather than a fixed business plan. Dennis began working in cabinetry installation in 2015, before establishing a Henderson workshop in 2018 to manufacture cabinetry locally.
The company initially worked mainly with builders and development projects. From 2022, it began working more directly with Auckland homeowners through ARK Kitchen, bringing design, manufacturing, installation and project communication into a more connected service.
That experience revealed a wider need: projects require more than good finished work. They also need clearer scope, connected records, responsible handover and support that can continue after completion.
ARK Project Limited is now developing that wider structure, with ARK Kitchen as its first operating application.

ARK Project was not created from a single plan. It developed gradually through practical work, changing responsibilities and opportunities that appeared over time.
That verse has stayed with us less as an instruction and more as a question we keep asking ourselves: are we doing the work in front of us honestly, even when no one's checking? Faith is part of how we try to answer that — not a plan we've followed perfectly, but something that keeps us accountable when the easier path would mean cutting a corner.
Our vision is to build structures that help work remain clear, accountable and useful—not only at the beginning of a project, but throughout its life.
