ARK Project Limited grew from years of practical cabinetry work, design experience and direct involvement in real homes across Auckland.
Today, it is the company behind ARK Kitchen and the wider ARK platform. This page shares the people, values and journey behind the company.

Through ARK Kitchen and the wider ARK structure, we aim to keep project scope, important decisions, records, handover information and long-term support clearer and easier to follow.
Our Journey
ARK Project Limited grew from practical work rather than a fixed business plan. Dennis began working in cabinetry installation in 2015, before establishing a Henderson workshop in 2018 to manufacture cabinetry locally.
The company initially worked mainly with builders and development projects. From 2022, it began working more directly with Auckland homeowners through ARK Kitchen, bringing design, manufacturing, installation and project communication into a more connected service.
That experience revealed a wider need: projects require more than good finished work. They also need clearer scope, connected records, responsible handover and support that can continue after completion.
ARK Project Limited is now developing that wider structure, with ARK Kitchen as its first operating application.

ARK Project was not created from a single plan. It developed gradually through practical work, changing responsibilities and opportunities that appeared over time.
Faith remains part of how we understand that journey. We believe growth should be guided by willingness rather than ambition alone: to follow when the way becomes clear, remain responsible when the work is difficult and treat every person and home with care.
Our vision is to build structures that help work remain clear, accountable and useful—not only at the beginning of a project, but throughout its life.
