ARK Kitchen Standards define the checks, conditions and expected outcomes applied across confirmed kitchen and cabinetry projects. They connect project readiness, workshop quality checks, on-site work, pre-handover inspection and post-handover workmanship assessment.

Confirms the cabinetry is complete, checked and ready for packing and delivery.

What ARK confirms before installation begins

Confirms the site is safe, accessible and ready for installation. Work area cleared and demolition completed or coordinated according to the confirmed project scope

  • Walls, floors and ceilings checked and ready

  • Plumbing and electrical positions confirmed

  • Appliances, delivery access and installation access confirmed

  • Site protection requirements prepared

  • Other required trades completed or coordinated

4. How It All Works Together

Before Dispatch

The Pre-dispatch Check confirms that the cabinetry is complete and ready to leave the factory.

Before Installation

The Site Readiness Requirements confirm that the property is safe, complete and ready for installation.

During Installation

The On-Site Standards guide how ARK Project personnel manage conduct, protection, safety and site organisation.

Before Handover

The Pre-handover Inspection Checklist confirms that the completed work has received an internal quality inspection before customer handover.

After Handover

The Workmanship & Defect Assessment Standard supports aftercare, service requests and warranty assessments.

ARK Project Standards support consistent site preparation, quality control and workmanship assessment.

Project-specific contracts, approved documents, manufacturer requirements and New Zealand law take priority.
