5. Quotes, Orders & Pricing

​

  • Prices displayed on the website are indicative only.
     

  • A formal written quotation will be issued for each project.
     

  • Quotations are valid for a limited time as stated in each document.
     

  • Acceptance of a quotation requires payment of a deposit.
     

 

6. Payment Terms

​

All prices exclude GST unless otherwise stated.

  • Deposit: A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to confirm your project.
     

  • Progress Payment: 45% due once cabinetry is completed and ready for delivery/installation.
     

  • Final Payment: 5% due immediately upon completion of installation.
     

Late payments may incur suspension of work, interest charges, and recovery of associated costs.

 

7. Ownership of Goods

​

All goods remain the property of Ark Project NZ until full payment is received.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

​

Ark Project NZ is not liable for:

  • loss or damage caused by misuse, neglect, or customer-provided conditions
     

  • delays caused by suppliers, shipping, or site readiness
     

  • indirect or consequential losses
     

Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by New Zealand law.

 

9. Governing Law

​

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
Any disputes will be resolved under New Zealand jurisdiction.
