Site Protection
& Installation Start
Site protection is laid down and cabinet installation begins.
Day 2
Cabinet Installation
& Benchtop Templating
Cabinet installation continues, followed by benchtop templating.
Milestone Payment: The 45% progress payment becomes due once cabinet installation is completed.
Day 3–7
Benchtop Production Period
Benchtop production usually takes 3–5 working days.
Any remaining installation details may also be completed during this period.
Day 8
Benchtop Installation & Final Check
Benchtop installation, protection removal, and final site cleaning and check.
Final Balance: The remaining 5% balance becomes due after final completion.
