Before close-out, we work through a final inspection checklist to confirm everything is checked, cleaned, and ready to use.

Final Inspection Checklist

Every project goes through a structured checklist before close-out.

ARKCode & Digital Record

Each project is assigned an ARKCode and recorded in our system.  Digital Warranty is activated after final close-out.

Warranty activated after close-out

Digital Warranty Activation

  • Final close-out includes the remaining 5% balance.

  • Standard activation within 30 days of completion.

  • Late activation is subject to review and may involve additional fees.

Completion Pack

A small completion pack is provided as part of project close-out.
